Focus or Theme: Practicing righteousness in relationships and community
💭 This Week’s Guiding Question
What does righteousness look like in how we love, lead, and hold one another accountable?
What We’ll Explore Together
The difference between correction and condemnation
Practicing accountability without shame
The role of compassion in sustaining commitment
Context & Intention
After exploring righteousness as a concept, a system, and a standard, this week we examine it as a practice in our relationships.
It’s easy to talk about alignment when we’re alone — but righteousness is tested and refined in community. How do we balance truth and tenderness? How do we restore rather than punish? How do we finish what we start — together?
This session leads us toward our final reflection for this series: finishing the year well.
Accountability Focus
We’re applying righteousness to our interactions — our circles, teams, and partnerships — to ensure our relationships reflect the alignment we’ve been cultivating internally.
It’s Just One Thing…
What is one relationship or commitment that needs closure, repair, or honest communication before the year ends?
Journal Prompt
Where do you need to extend more compassion — to yourself or someone else — to restore alignment?
Until next time…
